recipe almond paste is this:
250 grams of almond flour (ground almonds)
200 gr icing sugar 50 g water

1 \\ 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 or 5 drops of aroma of cinnamon
in theory you should also make the scent of bitter almonds, but I do not like and do not put

bring almost to boil the water with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon
when sugar is starting to get the foam off the heat and immediately pour it into the almond flour (which you previously put in a large bowl) and begin to turn with the wooden spoon
