2 sausage pieces
eggplant tomato sauce 1
white wine 1 1 \\ 2 cup onion
1 \\ 2
extra virgin olive oil 1 bay leaf
Fry the onion and put the sausage, then deglaze with the wine and add the sauce, bay leaf and season to taste with salt, pepper and fresh basil.
Add the diced eggplant and cook for about 1 hour pasta with this sauce and grated cheese.
Easy fast but mostly very good .......
