FISH WITH POTATOES AND WINE ICE CREAM

This will be my dinner for today ......
Although I fish (with bones) do not like much.

I am unable to pull it down in this version, or course, fried ...............

PROCEDURE: Clean the fish

(how boring)

Cut two large potatoes into thin slices and lay on the bottom of a baking pan, fill the stomach (emptied) of fish with lemon garlic and parsley and sprinkle them over the potatoes salt and put a nice glass of white wine .........
that's it now you just need to bake for about 30 minutes at 160 degrees. I
I suggest you cover the fish with aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes and remove the remaining time so you do not risk it to dry on the surface too .......
