CALZONI BAKED STUFFED ZUCCHINI AND PEPPERS

Tagliare a dadini il pomodoro e metterlo in una coppa con tonno, capperi, grana, mollica, aglio tritato, origano, olio, acciughe, olive, sale e pepe(io non l'ho messo perchè c'era già l'olio piccante) e mescolare bene.

Disporre i peperoni puliti e tagliati su una teglia, dopo averla unta con un po' d'olio e spolverizzata con pangrattato e sale, riempirli with the mixture, sprinkle with more bread crumbs and pour a little oil.

Dato che oggi mi sono dovuta svegliare alle 5:15 per accompagnare mia madre a lavoro posto un po' di cosine che avrei dovuto postare tempo fa.
Intanto comincio con questa piccola dose di frutta in pasta di mandorle

Ingredients: 250 gr

Ingredients for a cake of 22 cm

4 eggs 120 gr sugar 140 gr flour

Grease and flour a baking pan of 22 cm.

Basta adesso fare la romantica passiamo ai fatti.

Tre giorni fa circa ho preparato una ricettina modificata un po' a modo mio ed è la parmigiana (di melanzane naturalmente).

INGREDIENTI:

2 melanzane

4 patate

1 mozzarella

parmigiano grattugiato

5 fettine di salame piccante

2 uova sode

sugo di pomodoro (cotto a parte a piacere)


Tagliare a fettine le melanzane metterle un po' a mollo con acqua e sale, asciugarle e friggerle in padella (sconsiglio in olio abbondante perché si inzuppano troppo poi a chi piace può anche farle arrostite così il piatto è molto più leggero).

Tagliare le patate a rondelle e sbollentarle in acqua poco salata, scolarle e passarle un po' in forno con un filo d'olio.

Intanto tagliare le uova sode a fettine, la mozzarella a cubetti e il salame a striscioline.
