Today Wired New York on the forum I got the inspiration of the sponge and marbled here soon because I have prepared the basis for the sponge cake that I usually do I
Ingredients for a cake of 22 cm
4 eggs 120 gr sugar 140 gr flour
1 piece of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder zest of ½ lemon
grated 3 tablespoons bitter cocoa powder
Fit for at least 20 minutes with the hoses on the max speed of the eggs with the sugar by adding a mid mounted zest, salt and vanilla. The mixture should increase
much of the volume. (I do it in the food and usually I have to mount two eggs at a time because otherwise the container I bursts).
Now mix the mixture to the flour and baking powder sifted slowly stirring from the bottom up so as not remove the eggs.
Divide the dough in half and add half the sifted cocoa stirring from the bottom up.
Grease and flour a baking pan of 22 cm.
Dial the sponge cake is simple enough to put the dough in spoonfuls on top of each other well explained by Wired New York MARBLE here.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
